平昌舞夷艺术馆（Pyeongchang Mui Arts Center）开放于2001年的平昌舞夷艺术馆是由西洋画家、书法家、雕塑家、陶艺家各一名共4人在艺术创作活动中，将一所小学加以改造后用作工作室并陈列有280件作品的地方。
艺术馆由学校建筑内部的工作室和陈列室及操场上的雕塑展厅构成。游客不仅能欣赏艺术家的作品，还能一窥艺术家创作时的模样。西洋画家郑然瑞以荞麦为主要题材而创作的作品尤其受到观众青睐。
艺术馆2层有一家带阳台的咖啡厅，可以一眼望尽操场上展示的雕塑作品。
Mui Arts Center was originally a closed school, transformed into a complete arts center, featuring paintings, calligraphies, ceramics, and various other works. The center also has an outdoor sculpture park. Mui Arts Center is a leisurely environment where you can take your time looking around enjoying the various works of art.
The coolest thing is that you can also see artists at work up close, and also participate in some fun hands on programs. Additionally, a free shuttle bus is available at Phoenix Park.
